First they say you’re killing yourself and your lungs by smoking. Then they said you’re killing everyone around you with your second hand smoke. Then I even read somewhere that smoking can affect your hearing; and when I read that I thought to myself “next thing you know they’ll be telling you that you’ll go blind”. Guess what?
The old tune in may have been loved by many but when smoke does get in your eyes it is loved by very few. Your eyes water, they become red and sometimes your nose even begins to run a little bit. Who needs that? Experts are claiming now however, that smoking can indeed affect your vision. Of course the blindness caused by macular degeneration took 80 years in the laboratory. 11% of smokers however, have reported the disease involving the retina. If you manage to hang in there as a smoker for more than 80 years, your chances increase by over 5% more than for nonsmokers.
Why do I care about water vapor? Because that’s really all you’re exhaling when you take advantage of something called electronic cigarettes. They are the wannabe nonsmoker’s new best friend. You inhale nothing but water vapor, flavoring and a predetermined level of nicotine. You exhale nothing but water vapor.
Not hot burning steamy water vapor that comes out of a vaporizer either; just your basic body temperature water vapor.
